Diabetes Comprehensive & Nutrition Classes
Comprehensive and Nutrition Classes are by Physician Order only. Most Insurances and Medicare cover the cost of the classes. Your Physician may call 434-2087 or fax an order to 434-2578.
Comprehensive & Nutrition Classes will be held at least monthly. The Nutrition Class is held on the second day of the comprehensive classes.
